Rules of the game

This constitutes the 4th homework for the course. Note that the grades for homeworks has been increased to 30% and the project reduced to 30%.

For this homework you have two choices

Send email to Liviu and copy to me as soon as you decide (before Apr 7th) which one (presentation/survey) you will be doing, and which paper/topic.

In addition to the above, everyone should write a critique for 4 papers as per the list given below, and submit it before the paper is discussed in class.
