Vehicular Services
An important challenge is the exploitation of vehicular ad-hoc networks for the provision of higher-level services to vehicles and drivers.

Vehicular Information Transfer Protocol (VITP): VITP is a location-aware, application-layer, communication protocol designed to support a distributed service infrastructure over Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks.
